About

We Believe in Food that Feeds Us
and Makes Us Stronger

At Chick-fil-A Murfreesboro, when we talk about “restoration,” we’re speaking to a deeper connection and commitment that goes beyond just serving food. To us, it’s about mending the wear and tear of daily life with acts of kindness, warm smiles, and meals prepared with genuine care.

Restoration Matters Because it Heals & Builds Our Community

Every time a guest walks into our restaurant, we see it as an opportunity to make a difference, to restore a sense of belonging, and to strengthen our shared community values. For Chick-fil-A Murfreesboro, it’s not just about the transaction at the counter; it’s about the transformation in the hearts and lives of those we serve.

How Our Journey to Serve Murfreesboro Began

Truett Cathy, our brand’s founder, believed in the power of every moment to make a difference. He said, “Nearly every moment of every day we have the opportunity to give something to someone else.” Drawing inspiration from these words, here in Murfreesboro, we’ve taken this message to heart. For us, it’s not just about serving food — it’s about restoration.

Led by Beau Noblitt since 2010, first at our Old Fort Parkway location and later expanding to Memorial Boulevard in 2017, we’ve been on a mission to restore hope, joy, and community ties — one sandwich, one smile at a time. Beau’s drive, fueled by Truett Cathy’s impactful message, continues to guide our journey here locally.

Your Fast-Food Destination with a Heartfelt Difference

While our origins trace back to Truett’s vision, our mission in Murfreesboro has always been clear:

To be a Place of Restoration, for all people, sandwich by sandwich, smile by smile.

We Link Arms With You to Build Our Community, Together

When we team up with you, magic happens and our community shines even brighter! We believe:

We’re Stronger Together

We’re proud of our collaborations with local organizations, such as Special Kids, Isaiah 117 House and many others, ensuring Murfreesboro thrives in every way. From sponsoring local schools and organizations to hosting community gatherings, our footprint is omnipresent

Generosity is a Blessing

Supporting causes close to our community’s heart, we’ve been active in channeling resources to where they matter most like education for our team members or supporting local non-profits.

In Championing You

From hosting community events to participating in local initiatives, we aim to be at the forefront, championing the spirit of Murfreesboro.

Our Community Partners

Isaiah 117 House is a Christian nonprofit organization that focuses on providing a safe and loving home for children who are entering the foster care system, giving them everything they need for a fresh start and easier transition, as well as lessoning the load for their caseworkers. This past year the Isaiah 117 House of Rutherford County had a long-awaited grand opening!

Chick-fil-A Murfreesboro has contributed to the organization and completion of the house greatly in various ways, and continues to support their ongoing mission each day.

Special Kids is a Christian, not-for-profit company located right here in Murfreesboro.

They provide care including outpatient, occupational, physical, speech, and feeding therapies for special needs children from birth to 21 years of age, regardless of the family’s ability to pay. Their mission is “to serve Jesus Christ by caring for his children.” Chick-fil-A Murfreesboro has been a sponsor of Special Kids since 2014. This organization has now become one of our largest commitments to the community, with our business continuing to serve as an Annual Diamond Sponsor, as well as the presenting sponsor for their Camp Ability program, again in 2024.

Meet Our Operator

Beau Noblitt

Beau began his Chick-fil-A journey 21 years ago as a sophomore in college. After hearing our founder, Truett Cathy, speak at his school, he applied and was hired as a team member for Jon Holmes in Anderson, SC in 2002. He quickly realized his love for the pace of the business, the challenges each day brought and the opportunity he saw to impact the lives of thousands of people each day.

From those early days of being a team member all the way to present day, being the Operator of two locations in Murfreesboro, TN one thing has remained the same – his belief that we can change the lives of people by they way do our work each day. He believes after all these years that Truetts words are still true – “we are in the people business. We simply use chicken as an avenue to reach people”.
